   In order to maximize the learning of horseback riding in a safe and professional environment, we limit the number of registrations to 30 per week. Therefore, it creates a family ambiance. Four counsellors are present at all times to organize activities and games as well as assure for the youngster's safety. There is also two grooms, an instructor, plus an assistant in the stable to help and lead the kids in their learning.

   Each of the seven days passed at camp are filled with activities : treasure hunt, swimming in the private lake, Tarzan rope, soccer, volley-ball, pedal boat, camp fires, games etc. Sunday morning, the kids demonstrate what they learned during the week to their parents.


GRISON SUMMER CAMP
Since we have the perfect Horses ( Haflinger ) for young rider and beginning riders. In 1996 we opened Camp Grison for the young horse lover.

Week #1:  June 22  to 29 2007 EXTRA LESSON and Trail EVERY DAY
(No boys and for past camper only and age 12 and over)

Week #2: June 29 to July 6 (No Boys)
Week #3: July 6 to July 13 (No Boys)
Week #4: July 13  to July 20 (No boys)
Week #5: July 20 to July 27
Week #6: July 27 to August 3
   Week #7: August 3 to August 10

Theo and the team,
Thank you so very much for providing a wonderful, and eye opening experience for Faith and her friends.
This was a week of many firsts' for Faith:
first time at an overnight camp
first time to Canada
first time to be in a predominantly non-English speaking environment
first time away from home without a close friend or family member

All in all, she really learned so much- communication, improved her riding, hopefully her patience, kindness and respect of others too. I truly enjoyed my brief stay with Deb at the Chateau, a bit of exploring of the area and THE HORSE SHOW yesterday! The synchronized riding was beautiful! The determination of the campers wonderful and the encouragement of the instructors so warm and kind.

We will need to work on organization and cleanliness for another time away- I could not believe her bed and space!!!! Maybe even continuing to improve in understanding French!

I hope that having Faith and the group was a positive (although trying) experience for you and your team. I'd welcome any thoughts you care to share.

Again, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for providing such a great destination and experience for my daughter Faith. I hope you and your staff find time to rest, cool off and re-energize soon! You need it and deserve it.
